The steps of the method are:
\n1. Preparatory stage: a set of lecturer are\nprepared to work in a multidisciplinary group of PhD students to give them\nknowledge to create a common language nevertheless the differences of each\nscientific area, to be open for methods\ndiffusion in their studies, to understand \nethical topics in studies science\nand to create an ethical moral of the scientists. All lecturers together discussed\nthe way for giving knowledge about transferable skills before to carry out\ntheir courses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 Implementation stage – Lecturing and\npresenting the main principles about diffusion of knowledge and methods of the\nscientific areas, skills for presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Presentation: Group members work in a\nsimulating environment under the management of specially qualified Tutors and\nresearchers. Each member of the group prepare and present \nhis\/her scientific topic in three different ways imitating three\naudiences \u2013 peers and close scientific\ncommunity (national and international), business community and potential donors\nof the study and mass media and children from secondary level schools\nwith the aim to motivate them to study science. \n\n\n\n4.\nEvaluation stage- each member of the group analyses and evaluates the\npresentations of the others and make recommendations for bettering the\npresentation. All presentations are filming and nonverbal behavior of the\npresenter is discussed.
