The aim is to give opportunity to transfer the\nlearned knowledge and skills in a simulating environment to a real one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The steps of the method are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Preparatory stage: (a) three seminars with three types of\nparticipants are organized. Participants in the seminars are selected to be professionals\nfrom business and NGO sectors- open minded to innovation and knowledge transfer\nfrom science. (b) Describing the aim of the presentation according to the\naudience, analyzing the audience\u2019s level of knowledge of the topic and\npreparation the presentation with help by the tutors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.\nImplementation stage: each member of the target group makes 3 presentations\nabout the study he\/she is doing: presentation oriented to peers on national and\ninternational level, presentation oriented to potential donor and biasness\ncommunity and presentation oriented to wide audience and pupils at secondary\nand upper level schools. One seminar\nwith peers are organized in Manchester\n Business School\nthat gives opportunity PhD students to make presentations in international\nlevel and to train to communicate in an international scientific community.\n\n\n\n3.\nEvaluation stage- after each seminar there are discussion about each\npresentations, about questions that were provoked and about the discussion\ntaken place.
