The steps of the method are:
\n1. Preparatory stage: Discover a company for placement of each group\nmember. A study is carried out to select\ncompanies in which PhD student to join a complex study team and to work on a\ncompany issue. For each member of the target group there is a mentor pointed by\nthe company who is responsible to involve the student in the investigated topic\nand to acquaint with the needs of the company, to introduce him\/her to the\ncompany people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Implementation stage- Create a\nprogram for collaborative work between specialists in the company and young\nscientists: 35 young scientists and PhD students\nwork for 8-10 months in the selected companies (17 selected companies) and\nbecome members of the research teams working on tasks that has to be solved and\nto produce a product or a service ready for the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.
