When possible, it is advisable to choose such organisations\/ companies\nthat will enable the participants to actually use their skills and develop\nthem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stage\/Step\n3: Preparing trainers\/mentors for in-company training. Trainers\/mentors take\ncare of all administrative and organisational issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step\n4: Employers should be given all important information about the participants\n(their previous experience, knowledge and skills, communication skills in the\nlocal language, eventual\/possible impairments etc.) that may have influence on\nthe course of the training <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step5:\nCreating individual plans for each participant so they can perform various\ntasks and enlarge their social network throughout the in-company training.\n\n\n\nStep6: Providing in-company training. The\noptimal length of the training is around 2-3 months.
