{"id":1851,"date":"2019-06-24T15:56:33","date_gmt":"2019-06-24T15:56:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bbe-toolbox.eu\/?post_type=partner&#038;p=1851"},"modified":"2019-06-24T15:56:33","modified_gmt":"2019-06-24T15:56:33","slug":"association-generations","status":"publish","type":"partner","link":"https:\/\/bbe-toolbox.eu\/institution\/association-generations\/","title":{"rendered":"Association GENERATIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Association GENERATIONS is an organisation\nbased in Sofia, Bulgaria, providing adult education.&nbsp; Association Generation works with people of\nall age groups, building social bridges, tackling a wide range of topics\nrelating to the ageing of the workforce and inter-generational learning.&nbsp; It also designs and carries out soft skill,\ndiversity management, and work-private life reconciliation training\ncourses.&nbsp; Association Generation tries to\nfacilitate diversity management in the light of demographic changes.&nbsp; It carries out research, development, and\nimplementation of experiences, principles, and policies linked to the\ncoexistence of and communication between different communities; to the concepts\nof civil society and gender mainstreaming; European policies and values that\ncontribute building social bridges, in the framework of the LLL Projects the\nOrganisation has been involved in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GENERATIONS is involved in different national\nand international project since 2010 \u2013 LdV, Grundtvig, ERASMUS+ etc. It is certified\nafter a LQW system \u2013 a German quality management standard system, developed\nespecially for VET and adult education institutions.
