{"id":1803,"date":"2019-06-24T15:16:32","date_gmt":"2019-06-24T15:16:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bbe-toolbox.eu\/?post_type=project&#038;p=1803"},"modified":"2019-07-09T13:29:06","modified_gmt":"2019-07-09T13:29:06","slug":"danube-stories","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/bbe-toolbox.eu\/project\/danube-stories\/","title":{"rendered":"Danube Stories"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Grundtvig Learning Partnership Danube\nStories (August 2011 &#8211; July 2013) focused on the development and application of\ninnovative approaches to oral history work with older people (55+) in the\nDanube Region. These approaches encouraged creative expression of thoughts and\nfeelings in subject areas that did with the participants&#8217; living environment,\nhistory and cultural identity. They provided people of different nationalities,\neducational backgrounds, and gender, with opportunities as well as tools for\ndocumenting and communicating their memories and experiences and made these\navailable to others. The common work on subjects within the thematic of Danube\nand the Danube Region leaded to increase knowledge in the subject-areas as well\nas increase of awareness of the national as well as cross-national identities\nof the people of this region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project promoted fruitful interaction between European organizations in the field of formal and non-formal education and adult education. This made it possible to build a partnership network, to develop adult mobility projects, to encourage and to support the entrepreneurship and initiative of adults and the possibility of including them in similar educational projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project partners:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u201cAngel Kanchev&#8221; University of Ruse, Ruse, Bulgaria<\/li><li>XIII.
