Personal presentation

I am Giuliana Cavion, born in Italy the 20th. of March 1944.
After my degree in the Italian language and literature I taught Italian in secondary school, but since a few years I am retired. At present I teach Italian literature at the university for adults, organized by The Rezzara Institute in Vicenza.
In my spare time, besides voluntary work, I like to meet people and to look after my garden, where I grow flowers as well as vegetables. I like to read, to play sports and to go for whatever allows me to keep an open heart and my brains in good shape.
I hope that participation in the project, through meeting other Europeans, will strengthen and bring the awareness, that meeting “the other” can only enrich us socially and intellectually.
