Short biography

I am Jeannet Lengkeek, I was born in 1946 in Rotterdam (Holland), where I lived until I was 18.
After secondary school I went to London and Paris to study English and French.
After a short period of tourism work in Spain, I went to work for Alitalia as a stewardess.
Since 12 years I live in Vicenza, the town where my husband was born.
I am fond of reading and like to listen to classical (and none) music. I also like swimming and international cooking.
Now and then I teach Dutch and do translations work.
What I especially like about the project is the possibility to get to know people with the same interests and age and to discover our differences and things we have in common.
