Summary of Results

Stand:

6. How was the work in your group?

6.1. Possibility to apply own knowledge and abilities
The highest score was given for possibility to apply own knowledge and abilities. Reflections on this include: everyone was respected, we are more confident now, everyone was granted the possibility to contribute, the group work enabled us to apply and to make the most of our knowledge and personal skills. Suggestions for improvement included support of a person experienced in “learning through research”.

6.2. Co-operation in the group
All partner groups gave the highest marks to this question. In Vicenza the co-operation was full and rewarding and increased during the duration of the project), in Budejovice co-operation where everyone in the group worked on his/her own task was seen as exemplary. Free choice of a group and possibility of changing the group during the project was the wish for improvement in Budejovice. In Granada, the group would wish for more solidarity amongst the members of the group as at the end some members worked on their own and alone.

6.3.Conflict solving
A highest score from all partners to this question. Conflict solving was good in all groups

6.4. Communication within the group
Again highest score was given to this question. Communication was frequent and fluid and improved with time(Granada), no hindrances due to language barriers on the group-basis (Vicenza).

6.5. Keeping to agreements
The answer “very good” predominates. Good atmosphere, the rules were based on communication with each other (Budejovice) determined by the group. Lyon and Vicenza report problems with keeping deadlines, this was solved by Vicenza through introducing disciplinary measures in the group. Suggestion for improvement from Granada: less directive from co-ordinators, more initiative from the group.

6.6. Atmosphere
Atmosphere was generally very good, with willingness to help each other (Budejovice) and great group solidarity and cohesion (Vicenza).
