16.00-16.30  Arrival, registration, preparation of the materials brought from the partners’ cities on tables

16.30-16.50 Welcome words from Dr. Todorovska – Deputy Director General, Bulgarian Red Cross and the project coordinator Acad. Dir. Carmen Stadelhofer

16.50-18.30 Informal get-to-know each other, walk-around the tables, games

19.00 Joint dinner at the Tabiet restaurant

 

8. October

9.00 – 10.11 Personal introductions of the participating women: roles in the project, motivation

11.00-11.15 Coffee break

11.15-12.30 Short presentations about own organisation from (AT, BG, CZ, DE, IT, IT-SAR, LT from each participating organisation. Max 5 minutes + translation.

12.30-13.30 Lunch in the Tabiet restaurant

13.30-14.00 Introducing the project, discussion. Presentation / moderation by the coordinator.

14.00-15.30 What are the criteria for “successful ageing” over 60?

  • Each group presents shortly two women, who they consider to be good examples and explain the selection. Max 5 minutes each group. Discussion and identification of criteria

15.30-16.00 Coffee break

16.00-19.00 Discussions of and joint agreements on project procedures and methods

19.30 Dinner

20.30 Coordinators’ meeting

 

9. October             

9.00-10.00  Agreements of project scheduling and procedures: tasks per partner, project communication, dates for other partner meetings, project website and presentation of results

10.00-10.30 Coffee break

10.30-12.00 First comparison of the life situations of older women: The host organisation Bulgarian Red Cross introduce Bulgaria and talk about the situation of women, especially older women in their country. The other groups ask questions that they prepare beforehand.

12.00-13.30 Lunch

14.00-16.00 A guided walk for the groups from Ulm, Ferrara, Vienna, Kaunas

16.00-18.00 Free time

19.00 Dinner
