The DuivekaterStand:RecipeIngredients:
Preparation:Mix yeast with water or milk, then add other ingredients and knead properly into a dough.Dough temperature 26 ºC. Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for app. 40 min. Then divide into two pieces of 850 gr. Make balls. Prove for 35 minutes until well risen, after that mould like a normal loaf (length of about 32 cm). Place the pieces of loafshaped dough on a greased baking tray and cut them on the sides in a special decorative way then cut on top lengthwise. Bake in a moderate (2000 C.) oven 35-40 minutes.
