Introduction

Stand:


In these pages, the project partners working together on the subject Eating Culture – Bread present their working results.

In the first project year, these were University of the Third Age at Jihoceska Universita in Ceske Budejovice, U3A in Vicenza and ZAWiW in Ulm.
The partners carried out a survey on the subject “Bread culture” in their country, conducted qualitative research on breads in their region and gathered proverbs concerning bread.

In the second project year, also partner groups in Aula Permanente in Granada, U3A Arnhem and Université tous Agés in Lyon had made contributions to these subejcts.
