Questions from Granada

The concept of living space (house/home)

We've thought of researching our sub-topic according 3 aspects. Therefore we're sending to you one question regarding each one of those aspects:
  1. Owning/renting a place to live
How has been changing in your country since 1950 the figures concerning both rented and purchased houses (flats, apartments, and so on) and which factors might explain the decision of either owning or renting the place where you are going to live?
  2. The House (physical space to live in)
How has been changing in your country since 1950 household equipments (home furnishings, household goods and effects and so on) and which are the typical construction techniques/materials used to prevent housing from climatological threats (i.e. windy conditions, humidity, freezing weather and so on)?
  3. Sociological Approach: Home sweet home (social space to live in)
How has been changing in your country since 1950 home living styles, i.e. activities and family lifestyle at home, and which differences you consider to exist when you look at this intergenerationally (grandparents versus parents versus grandchildren points of view)?

NOTE: Yes, we do know that these three questions are to some extent six ones; however we did not know how to make the decision of leaving aside half of each question; debates among group members where so tight that we ended by keeping the questions as stated. We are more than open to hearing from your comments on our proposal.
