ReflectionI welcome the possibility of working on the topic bread and
I would like to say thank you to the South Bohemian University and then
especially to the Health and Social Faculty in Ceske Budejovice.
The bread has always only two crusts but it can have the whole variety of
tastes. The workshop in February convinced us about the greatness of bread. The
bakers from six countries from Eastern Europe and the Czech republic baked
bread and many other kinds of pastry in Ceske Budejovice. The products were
evaluated and the best ones were chosen for the future in United Europe.
This is and important event for me, event which is worthy to follow!
The United Europe is not only signing each contract. The politicians bet on
ideas, documents, languages and other honorable attributes of unification. The
beakers bet on the achievement. That means that they bet on putting the bread
to stove. And not only bread but also everything what the Europe will like.
And what did I expected form this project?
I wanted to analyze the questions:
- What is the market abroad like?
- What can you buy in each country? And also what is missing?
- What is the salary of people in each country?
- How much do they spend on food and pastry?
- What is the quality in each country?
- What are the kinds of bread in each country?
- The last thing that I would like to say is that this project was
absolutely great and I am very happy that I could be a part of it.
