Dimensions to be observed:

3.1. Co-ordinators as formal leaders in the group
Indicators:

3.1.1. Capacity to articulate group working: Tasks distribution, aims recognition, objectives building,...
3.1.2. Answering problems/questions addressed by the group.
3.1.3. Moderating conflict resolution.
3.1.4. Interpersonal relation with group members.

3.2. Co-ordination style
Indicators:

3.2.1. Group work planning: Setting tasks, deadlines, objectives, challenges,...
3.2.2. Capacity to stimulate towards tasks' accomplishment.
3.2.3. Capacity to stimulate group members' implication in the project.
3.2.4. Daily decision-making style: Dialogue, questions proposed for discussion, voting, brainstorming,...


Finally: There is no point in trying to replicate one by one the indicators we are using. We have provided you with our guide of observation for you to be able -in case you decide so-- to make your own one, valid in your context. On the other hand, keep in mind that we are doing in-depth interviews in order to enrich and complete information gathered through observation.
