Interaction

Stand:

Interaction among group members (Maria Vittoria Nodari)

Individual integration is essential to research groups. In fact there is a close relation between authentic communication among group members and group maturation, as groups are constituted by the very net of relations taking place among members. Interaction development and group maturation are the main factors making group work a useful educational instrument also for older people.

Group coordinators focus their work with groups on interaction so as to favour interaction development in terms of both quantity and quality.

Coordinating adults' research groups actually coincide with working on the interaction among group members.
