Methods of interaction analysis

Generally speaking, interaction leads to a deeper understanding and empathy among group members. Sometimes, however, an increase in interaction causes an increase in hostility. This occurs mainly for three reasons:

a. when interaction is enforced upon members;

b. when interest in the given task prevails upon interest in personal relations;

c. when there is some heavy pressure from outside.
