External pressure

No group can completely control their natural arid social environment which can sometimes have an influence in determining the task groups have to carry out.

When the group's very existence depends upon the success of the task execution, the influence from the environment is so strong as to affect the development of personal relations.

No personal involvement takes place and a process leading to demoralization starts. Moreover, it is possible that a strong desire for power intervenes altering group interactions.
