UDINE

Il Cornetto

Udine lies in a particular area near the mountains and the sea as well, and much of its territory has always been used for agriculture. Although there are no particular types of bread that can be defined as being typical of this area, the "Cornetto" is still the most common bread. It is strictly handmade and weighs about 100 grams.
