Stand:
A questionnaire of 7 core questions developed by groups in Vicenza, Ceske Budejovice and Ulm and used as basis for research also in Arnhem, Granada and Lyon.
Questionnaire: Value of bread in various social classes. Tradition as value for honouring bread. Bread as food. Attitudes to bread.
Within the framework of a European project "Self-organised Learning in Later Life Groups in Europe" (SoLiLL), we are carrying out interviews in order to gain more knowledge on the subject "Bread culture, tradition and attitudes to bread". Please reply on the basis of your experiences and memories, bearing in mind, that there are no "correct" or "wrong" replies.
