La Piava 
In Padova you find a traditional type of bread called "Piava". 
This kind of bread requires a long and difficult production process. 
The dough, made of flour, yeast, and water is cut in tiles that are then shaped
like snails and put in the oven at a temperature of 200° - 210° for 40/45
